Project Overview
Plaster repair is purchased through trust, often under time pressure before a lease ends or a property goes to market. The site leads with the three situations customers typically arrive with, then introduces the family behind the business and the standards they work to. Complex trade content was reorganised into short, scannable sections, with a quote request always within reach.
My Role & Contributions
Mapped the site around three real customer situations instead of generic service categories.
Designed the complete UI, including homepage, services, team, and FAQ sections.
Created a team introduction section that gives the family business a clear and personal identity.
Built the site in Framer with responsive layouts across all breakpoints.
Developed a component system for service cards, standards, testimonials, and enquiry blocks.
Added restrained hover and scroll interactions suited to a trade-focused audience.
Optimised images and section structures to maintain fast performance on mobile connections.
Design Highlights
Services framed around customer scenarios: general repairs, end of lease and pre-sale, and full restoration.
A standards section that communicates quality commitments clearly instead of leaving them implied.
Team profiles used as the primary trust signal for a family-run business.
Project imagery placed alongside service descriptions so results are demonstrated rather than simply claimed.
Repeated enquiry CTAs positioned at natural decision points throughout the site.
A warm, grounded colour palette that reflects the hands-on nature of the trade.

Challenges & Solutions
Challenge
The original content was written as long, unstructured paragraphs, and each service felt too similar to a first-time visitor.
Solution
I restructured the content around the three situations customers typically arrive with and gave each one its own visual section, making the right service clear within seconds of landing.
Outcome
A site organised around customer intent rather than internal service names.
A clear trust narrative built around the family team and defined quality standards.
Short, scannable sections replacing dense trade copy.
Consistent responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
A direct, low-friction path to requesting a quote from every section.
