Project Overview
All Dine serves three distinct users on one platform: students ordering food, canteen owners managing incoming orders, and institute admins overseeing campus operations. The design defines what each role sees when opening the app, keeps the ordering flow fast enough for a short break, and gives campus information such as scores, schedules, and announcements a dedicated space without interrupting the food experience.
My Role & Contributions
Defined user flows for three roles: student, canteen owner, and institute admin.
Wireframed each role's core journey before starting visual design.
Designed the student ordering flow from menu browsing to pickup confirmation.
Designed the canteen owner interface for incoming orders and preparation status management.
Designed admin screens for campus management, announcements, and operational oversight.
Built a shared design system so all three roles feel like part of one unified product.
Produced prototypes and developer-ready specifications for each user flow.
Design Highlights
Role-based entry that shows each user only the screens and features relevant to them.
An ordering flow reduced to the minimum number of steps needed during a short break period.
Clear order status states shared between student and canteen interfaces.
Campus content such as scores, schedules, and announcements separated into a dedicated section.
One reusable component library applied across three interfaces to improve development efficiency.
Legible typography and touch targets designed for quick, one-handed usage.

Challenges & Solutions
Challenge
Three different user roles with unique goals created the risk of building three disconnected experiences within one product.
Solution
I created a shared component and navigation system, then adapted only the content and permissions for each role. This kept every interface distinct in purpose while maintaining visual and behavioural consistency.
Outcome
A single app supporting student, canteen owner, and admin roles.
An ordering flow designed around the limitations of a short campus break.
Clear order status communication between customers and canteen teams.
Campus information integrated without distracting from the food ordering experience.
A reusable design system covering all three role-based interfaces.
